BrokerSaab is a property management platform from Pune for owners, tenants, PG and hostel in-charges and guardians. Our team reviews every listing, and rent, agreements, requests and tickets are recorded on the platform, where everyone involved can see them. We treat the identity and payment details you share with us as a trust, and protect them that way.

An owner adds a property. Our team reviews it before it appears in anyone's search results.

Onboard and sign
Tenants join by invitation or request, complete their identity check, and the rent agreement is generated digitally.

Rent requests and receipts, electricity and extra charges, notices, reminders and support tickets, each with a status everyone involved can check.

Move out cleanly
Move-out and deposit-refund requests are tracked to the end, with the records both sides need.
Your data privacy is our first priority
We keep identity documents and payment details for people's homes. That comes with a duty of care, so privacy is a starting rule here, not an add-on.
Private documents stay private
KYC documents, signed agreements and ownership proofs are never public. They open only through short-lived, signed links that expire, for the people who are meant to see them.
Identity checks, with your consent
Verification runs through the Government of India's DigiLocker, and only after you agree. We never store your full Aadhaar number.
Sign-in you can trust
You sign in with a one-time password. Where a password is used, it is stored only as a one-way hash, never in readable form. Web sessions use protected cookies that page scripts cannot read.
We never hold your money
Rent goes from the tenant to the owner. Owners' payment gateway credentials are stored encrypted and are never shown back in the app.
Only what your role needs
A tenant sees their own tenancy, an owner sees their own properties, and staff see only the sections they have been granted. Owners and in-charges may use tenant details only to manage that tenancy.
No selling, no surprises
We never sell personal data. We collect only what running a tenancy needs, and our Privacy Policy says what, why and for how long.
You stay in control
You can ask us to correct or delete your data at any time. A complaint to our Grievance Officer is acknowledged within 48 hours and we aim to resolve it within 30 days.

From the Founder's Desk
I started building BrokerSaab out of a simple frustration: renting or buying a home in India almost always means chasing someone for an update — a broker who's gone quiet, an owner who won't confirm a deposit was received, a "verified" listing that turns out to be neither. There was no single place where a tenant, an owner, and a property manager could all see the same truth at the same time.
So that's what we built. Every flat, PG, and apartment on this platform is run through the same digital system: rent that's marked paid is actually paid, an expense an in-charge logs is visible to the owner who's paying for it, a maintenance ticket has a status you can check instead of a phone call you have to make. Nothing about how a property is managed here happens off the record.
And because running a tenancy means holding people's identity documents and payment details, we treat privacy as the first requirement, not a feature. We collect only what is needed, keep documents private, never store a full Aadhaar number, and never sell your data.
We're still early, and we're building this in the open — every review on this site is a real one, moderated before it's published, never edited to sound better than it was. If something's not working the way it should, I'd genuinely like to hear about it.
